Complete the following steps to export diagnostic data about a device using NetCloud Manager.

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

    The Devices page displays.

  2. Select a device.

    Note

    The device must be online.

  3. Select the Export image1.png button.

  4. From the drop-down menu, select Diagnostic Data.

  5. Select Insights in the left-side navigation panel.

  6. Under Report Log, select the log to download the text file to your computer.
