Close any applications started within a LAN Manager session before closing the LAN Manager window. This ensures you have stopped the application data transmission.
If the application remains open, data transmission could continue and consume WAN bandwidth, which could include data charges for cellular.
Closing the LAN Manager window will not close, terminate, or stop any application data transmissions.
You may need to reconnect the LAN Manager Session to stop any third-party sessions previously started.
Note
Remote Connect is not designed to handle file transfers. Initiating a file transfer over Remote Connect, may cause a connection drop and the transfer to fail.
Once the LAN Manager session is established, the LAN Manager window will close after 60 minutes.
