Cellular Health rankings are based on the cellular technology of the connection (such as LTE, HSPA, and CDMS), and the signal quality (SINR, RSRQ, RSRP, EC/lo) and signal strength (RSSI) of the connection.
Cellular Health is ranked using the following categories:
Excellent: Green bar
Good: Yellow bar
Fair: Orange bar
Poor: Red bar
Click the Cellular Health card to open the Cellular Health page. The Cellular Health page contains a GeoView map of the mobile devices. Click the devices on the map to open a Details drawer for more information about the selected device. The Cellular Health page also contains a table with information about the modems in the mobile devices.
