This document provides an overview of the TCPdump function in NetCloud OS.
TCPdump is a command-line interface (CLI)-based packet analyzer that allows viewing of packets as they pass through the router. TCPdump works by scanning the router's interfaces for packets matching specific parameters that are set when the command is entered. TCPdump can help verify functionality and show how traffic is behaving.
