Complete the following steps to view the modem software version.
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Select a Device to view the router dashboard.
Select the Connection Status tile.
From the Networks tab, select the tile for the modem
The modem panel displays on the right.
The Modem FW Version information displays under Modem Information.
