- Step 1: Log into the router's NCOS Page. For help with logging in please click here.

Step 2: Click on the Connection Manager tab in the navigation panel.

Step 3: Click the name of your modem within the WAN Interface Profiles & Priority list.

Step 4: Click the Edit button in the interface configuration menu. You'll see a new Wan Configuration Rule window appear.

Step 5: In the WAN Configuration Rule window, click on the SIM/APN/Auth tab.

Step 6: Adjust the Authentication Mode as instructed by your carrier, enter your PPP Username and Password, then press Save to save the changes. The modem will briefly disappear from the WAN Interfaces list as it reloads the new settings.
