Use the following steps to save an Ericsson Cradlepoint router's log entries to a file on your computer.
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Select in the left-side navigation panel.
Select the desired router.
Select the menu and then select .
Select Open Device UI.
Log in to the device from the LOGIN screen. The default username is "admin". Default passwords are supplied with routers.
Navigate to > .
Click .
The current log file in router memory downloads to your computer. Depending on your browser, you may be prompted to confirm the save action.
