Complete the following steps to schedule access for a network:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select a router from the Routers page. Alternatively, to make configuration changes to a group, navigate to the Groups page and select a group.

  4. Select Configuration and then Edit.

  5. Navigate to NETWORKING > Local Networks > Local IP Networks.

    Note

Before configuring the scheduled access, check the router's system clock settings and ensure that Network Time Protocol (NTP) is enabled and the correct time zone is selected. See Accessing the System Clock Settings for instructions.Accessing the System Clock Settings

  6. Select the network to which you would like to add a schedule and then select Edit.

  7. Select Schedule from the left-side menu.

  8. Select Enable Schedule Service.

  9. Select the blocks within the grid to configure the schedule:

    • Each block represents one hour.

    • Red blocks indicate the times that your network will not be available.

    • Green blocks indicate when your network will be available.

    • The default schedule provides network availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. However, it is not necessary to have times scheduled in a single block. See the figure below for an example.

  10. Select Save and Commit.
