Verifying the Link Layer Discovery Protocol Status - NCOS-LLDP-Status-and-Configuration/Verifying-the-Link-Layer-Discovery-Protocol-Status

Log into NetCloud Manager.

Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

Select the desired router.

Select the Remote Connect menu and then select Device UI.

Select Open Device UI.

Log in to the device from the LOGIN screen. The default username is "admin". Default passwords are supplied with routers.

Navigate to STATUS > LLDP.

LLDP is a vendor-neutral protocol, so other manufacturer's devices may display as well.

Select a device from the table.

Select Details.

LLDP-MED information displays on the LLDP-Media Endpoint Discovery tab. This tab may include information related to capabilities, inventory management, location, and network policies. See Link Layer Discovery Protocol-Media Endpoint Discovery for more information.
