Configuring Port Proxy Rules

Complete the following steps to configure port proxy rules.

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select a router from the Routers page. Alternatively, to make configuration changes to a group, navigate to the Groups page and select a group.

  4. Select Configuration and then Edit.

  5. Navigate to SECURITYZone Firewall > Port Forward & Proxy

  6. Under Port Proxying Rule, select Add.

  7. In the Name field enter a name.

  8. In the Local Port(s) fields enter the IP port(s) on the LAN to proxy to a remote computer.

  9. In the Remote Computer field, enter the IP address of remote computer to receive proxied traffic.

  10. In the Remote Port(s) fields, enter the IP port (first if a range) on the remote computer to receive proxy traffic.

    Note

    The Remote port range is not a 1-to-1 mapping to the Local port range. The system will determine the first available Remote port, in the range, and use it. If 1-to-1 port mapping is desired, you will need to enter each individually.

  11. From the Protocol drop-down menu, select the IP protocol traffic to proxy.

  12. Select Save and Commit.
