Complete the following steps to configure a Router Information Protocol next generation (RIPng) route:
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Select in the left-side navigation panel.
Select a router from the Routers page. Alternatively, to make configuration changes to a group, navigate to the Groups page and select a group.

Configure the general settings (page 1 of 4):
Name – Unique name of the policy.
Metric – RIPng metric is a value for distance for the network. Usually the RIP service increment the metric when the network information is received. Redistributed routes metric is set to 1.
Flush Timer – Set seconds to keep routes after an update before flushing (discarding) them.
Enabled – Enable and disable the routing protocol policy.

The Networks page displays.
Select and configure the Networks (page 2 of 4):
Networks – Set the RIPng-enabled interfaces by interface or by network. For network, RIPng is enabled on the interfaces that have addresses within the network range. Access lists provide a means to filter distributed routes on the specified interface.

The Routes page displays (page 3 of 4).
Select and configure the routes.
Routes – Set RIPng static routing announcement of specified network address.
Select .
The Redistribute Routes page displays (page 4 of 4).
Select and configure the routes.
Redistribute Routes – Redistribute routes of the specified protocol or kind into RIPng, with the metric type and metric set if specified, filtering the routes using the given route-map if specified.
