An endpoint managed by the NetCloud service appears offline in Ericsson NetCloud Manager. While the endpoint remains fully operational and continues to pass local network traffic, it may have lost its connection to NetCloud Manager, preventing remote cloud management.
Ericsson Cradlepoint endpoints establish a "stream" connection to NetCloud Manager for cloud management purposes. These connections target specific public IP addresses, and their status determines whether a device is marked as online or offline in NetCloud Manager.
To ensure reliable connectivity, it is recommended to maintain the default stream configurations. Modifying these settings can disrupt the endpoint's ability to connect to the NetCloud service.
