Following are the main tasks to install and configure a NetCloud Exchange Service Gateway virtual machine:

  1. Download the VMware OVA image.

  2. Configure the vSwitch.

  3. Configure the port group.

  4. Power up the NCX Service Gateway virtual machine.

  5. Register NCX Service Gateway in NetCloud Manager.

Note

FIPS deployment is supported in VMware environments. Minimum software version required is 7.24.100.
