Open a console window to the receive network router and enter:

show ip pim join

Now verify the complete configuration by entering the following commands and verifying the results:

pim show ip igmp sources
pim show ip pim join
pim show ip igmp interfaces
pim show ip pim upstream-rpf

This completes the basic Protocol Independent Multicast Sparse Mode (PIM-SM) configuration.
