Use the Manage Modem Software page to see a summary of the modems in an account and the modem software upgrades available.

Summary

The Summary page displays the counts of upgradable modems and the up-to-date modems per selected device. The Summary page also contains a table with details (modem type, active status, carriers and available software) for each modem.

If a modem has upgradable software available, the upgrade button is enabled in the far-right column of the table. Click this button (when available) to start an upgrade.

Upgrades

Use the Upgrades page to see records of upgrades for each modem.

Important

While disconnected modems can't be upgraded, they can still be selected for upgrade. This is by design; some customers may have multiple pages of modems in their account and find it faster to use the select all checkbox to select all their modems instead of searching for all of their connected modems. In this case, only the connected modems are upgraded.

However, the modems that were not upgraded due to being disconnected can be viewed on the Upgrades page. Use the Status column in the table on the Upgrades page to check if upgrades finished for each modem.
