Overview Guide

Advanced filtering allows you to filter by specific columns, operators, and strings.

Bookmarking Filters

Filter criteria can be saved as bookmarks in web browsers. Once a filter has been created, save the filtered page as a bookmark. The filtering in use when the bookmark was created is restored when the bookmark is used.

  1. Click the Filter button at the top right of the page.

  2. Click ADVANCED.

  3. From the first drop-down menu, select a column name to filter by. The options are as follows:

    • Account Name

    • Asset Identifier

    • Custom 1 (not displayed by default on grid)

    • Custom 2 (not displayed by default on grid)

    • Description

    • Full Product (not displayed by default on grid)

    • Group Name

    • ID (not displayed by default on grid)

    • IP Address (not displayed by default on grid)

    • Last Connect

    • MAC Address (not displayed by default on grid)

    • Name

    • NetCloud OS - Current

    • NetCloud OS - Target

    • Serial Number

The following column items display on the Network Interfaces page but can be selected as a filter from the Routers page:

    • Network Interfaces APN

    • Network Interfaces ICCID

    • Network Interfaces IMEI

    • Network Interfaces Model

    • Network Interfaces Online Status

  4. From the second drop-down menu, select an operator. Operators vary by the column selected.

  5. In the third field, enter a string value for the filter to compare against.

  6. Click Add. The grid is filtered by the criteria you entered.

A pill displays above the filter fields showing the column, operator, and string. You can add multiple filters.
