The Routers/APs grid displays the following columns. Columns that display by default are noted:
ID: (default) Each device in NetCloud Manager has a unique number for identification.
Online Status: (default)
(green circle with check mark): Device is connected.
(gray circle with ellipsis): Device has been remotely activated but has not yet checked in with NetCloud Manager. This process can take up to 24 hours.
(red circle with exclamation point): Device is disconnected.
IoT Connector Status: Displays the router's connection status to Azure IoT Central.
(green circle with check mark) Router is connected.
(red circle with exclamation point): Router is disconnected.
Device Status: (default)
The "Sync" icon displays when a configuration sync is pending.
Sync Suspended icon displays when the configuration sync in pending.
The "Download" icon displays when a NetCloud OS update is pending.
The "Warning" icon displays when there has been an error, such as when NetCloud OS failed to download.
The "Reboot" icon indicates that the device must be rebooted to activate the functionality associated with new device licenses.
The "Schedule" icon indicates that the router is waiting for the assigned schedule window to take place before it will start updating.
The "Disabled" icon indicates that the router is in a group that has a disabled NetCloud OS upgrade scheduled task. This will block NetCloud OS upgrades from running on this group until the schedule is enabled or deleted.
Individual Config: (default) Displayed if the router has configuration settings that override or extend the group configuration.
Linked Router: This icon is displayed if the router is linked to another router. To enable this feature, both routers must have the LLDP configuration option enabled and NetCloud OS version 6.1.0 or later. Clicking the link icon loads the linked router’s Device Dashboard. This column is unavailable in the Wi-Fi APs table.
Note
If the LLDP link is broken, a broken link icon is displayed. If both routers are offline, their last linked status is displayed.
Location Services: This icon is displayed if Location Services are turned on for the router. This column is unavailable in the Wi-Fi APs table.
Bluetooth: Indicate when Bluetooth is enabled (blue icon) or disabled (black icon).
Name: (default) User-editable name; by default, this is of the form “IBR900-f76”; click the pencil icon within this column to edit the name for the device
Description: default User-defined description; click the pencil icon within this column to edit the description for the device
Asset Identifier: (default) User-defined identifier that is often used for asset tracking and inventory management; click the pencil icon within this column to edit the asset identifier for the device.
Product: default Product type, such as “IBR900”
MAC Address: Device media access control address
IP Address: Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
Full Product: More detailed product type; distinguishes between cellular technologies (for example, IBR600LE or IBR600P).
Group(default): The NetCloud Manage Group the device is associated with.
NetCloud OS: (default) The version number and date of the NetCloud OS installed on a device.
Channels: Wi-Fi channels in use.
2.4G SSID: Maximum configurable slots.
5G SSID: Maximum configurable slots.
Configuration: (default) The status of the configuration (pending, synched, suspended)
NCOS Status: (default) When a NetCloud OS upgrade is sent to a device, this shows the status of that upgrade
Account: (default) Name of the account the device is in
Custom 1/Custom 2: The Custom 1 and 2 fields allow you to add and edit your own values for the fields.
Last Connect:
Displays the word Connected if the device is currently connected to NetCloud Manager.
If the device is disconnected, displays a timestamp, showing the date, time, and time zone when the device was last connected.
Serial Number: Router serial number; this field might not be populated for some routers.
IPS Version: Signature version number for CP Secure Threat Management.
Note
IPS Version information is only available for devices with a CP Secure Threat Management entitlement. Purchase or trial Threat Management in the Applications section (available to account administrators only).
Wi-Fi Region: The geographical region where a router is located. By default, this location is the same location your router was shipped. If the physical location of the router does not match this setting NetCloud Manager will notify you to change the region to match. Click the gear icon
to open a dialog and change a router's Wi-Fi region.
Connected To: The router a Wi-Fi access point is connected.
Resizing Grid Columns
Grid columns can be resized to both wider and narrower widths. Hover over the right edge of the column until the resize icon displays to resize a column. Note that non-editable columns can be made narrower than editable columns.
