NetCloud supports the current and previous major releases of the following desktop internet web browsers.

  • Mozilla Firefox (current and last major revision)

  • Google Chrome (current and last major revision)

  • Apple Safari (current and last major revision)

  • Microsoft Edge (current and last major revision)

IMPORTANT: All versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge versions 20.10240 through 44.19041 are not supported. Using either of these browsers, or any browser and version not listed above, will prevent you from accessing NetCloud.

NOTE: Web browsers are not supported for use on mobile devices with NetCloud software applications. Use the NetCloud Mobile App instead of a web browser on mobile devices.
