Following are frequently asked questions about NetCloud Regions.

1.

Can customers have devices managed in different NetCloud Regions as part of a single NetCloud account?

No, devices must be registered to a single NetCloud account and cannot be spread across multiple NetCloud Regions.

2.

What if the customer is willing to manage independent devices in independent NetCloud accounts, will Cradlepoint offer that option?

If that is the case, please make this request to your sales or partner account team. The possibility does exist.

3.

Can existing customer NetCloud accounts be migrated from one NetCloud Region to another (for example, US West to Frankfurt)?

No, currently we do not have any ability to migrate existing NetCloud accounts from one region to another. That functionality is a future roadmap ability.

4.

How does a customer quickly determine in which region their account is hosted?

Check the browser address after logging into NetCloud Manager. In the example below, the customer's region is Sydney (au5).
