The Allow Health and Finance (SSL Bypass) rule is applied from any site destined for any site, any IP address, and any SAML attribute. This rule allows data flows from highly regulated health and finance environments that are classified as extremely trustworthy web assets and do not require deep packet inspection by NetCloud SASE.

Health and finance applications must be categorized as trustworthy by Webroot to meet policy criteria.
