Complete the following steps to validate the integration on the NetCloud Exchange Service Gateway:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select the NCX Service Gateway from the Routers table.

  4. Select the Remote Connect menu, and then select Console.

    Note

    Remote Connect must be enabled for the account through the Settings (Settings_Icon.png) icon.

  5. Select Open Console.

  6. Enter the command show bgp summary and confirm the neighbors. For the two Transit Gateway neighbors, confirm that routes are being passed in the columns MsgRcv, MsgSent, PfxRcd, and PfxSnt.

  7. Enter the command show ipv4-route and look for routes being learned from Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) (marked with B). The results depend on which routes are propagating on the AWS side and on the inbound BGP rules defined, if any, for the Secure Connect network.

Positive results show that routes to Secure Connect site resources are propagated to the Transit Gateway, and other routes known by the Transit Gateway (for example, to attached VPCs) are propagated to the NCX Service Gateway.
