LAN1 is part of the advanced out of band management solution, providing IP access to the local LAN. Ericsson Cradlepoint’s LAN Manager function allows access to browser-based applications locally. LAN1 is in NAT mode and allows the adapter to offer this local browser support remotely. The configuration is the same as with the serial ports.

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Devices in the left-side navigation.

  3. Select the router on which to configure remote connect.

  4. From the Remote Connect drop-down menu, select LAN Manager.

  5. Toggle on Enable LAN Manager.

  6. Select Add.

The Add Profile panel displays on the right.

  7. Enter the Profile Name, IP Address, Protocol, and Port needed to connect to the local application.
