Complete the following steps to create a virtual network:
In the Azure portal, click in the list of Azure services.
Select .
Select the desired resource group.
Enter a descriptive name for the virtual network.
Select the region that matches the resource group's region.
Click .
Select an IPv4 address space large enough to allow for independent subnets for each interface (WAN and LAN). For example, 10.18.0.0/24.
Configure the additional subnet(s):
Click Add subnet.
Enter the WAN subnet name.
Enter the subnet address range.
Select .
Repeat this process to add the LAN subnet.
Select .
Select .
A notification appears in the top-right corner of the screen after the virtual network is created.
