Complete the following steps to unregister a NetCloud Virtual Edge device from NetCloud Manager:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select the NetCloud Virtual Edge device.

  4. Select Commands and then Unregister.

The NetCloud Virtual Edge device is unregistered from NetCloud Manager and is removed from the list of devices displayed on the Routers page.

Note

If the NetCloud Virtual Edge instance needs to be re-registered in NetCloud Manager, its configuration must be cleared using the factory reset command in the NetCloud OS command-line interface (CLI). Use the EC2 instance’s Serial Console to access the NetCloud OS CLI.
