Processing a Subscription Renewal Order

To access and purchase a subscription renewal, you may use the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Marketplace available through NetCloud Manager. Renewal quotes are available 30 days prior to subscription expiration and may only be renewed in the Marketplace for a one-year term. For renewals longer than a year or that include additional changes (such as coterminous), contact your partner of record. For more information on Marketplace, see Getting Started with Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Marketplace.

See the following to complete a subscription renewal in the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Marketplace:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Marketplace in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Click Go to Marketplace.

  4. Hover over the user icon at the top of the Marketplace home page and click My account.

  5. Click My Quotes to view the renewal quotes for your account.

  6. Use the search filters to locate the specific quote to purchase.

    Note

    Only one quote may be purchased at a time.

  7. Click View Details next to an order. The order details page displays.

  8. Review the quote details and click Convert to Order. The renewal is added to your shopping cart.

  9. Click Next. The payment screen displays where you can complete your order.

    Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and the purchased licenses become active in your NetCloud Manager account.

    Note

    Orders may take up to 24 hours to process.

    Credit card information is not retained for future orders.
