How long will it be before the Product team reviews my idea?

The Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Product team reviews feedback monthly. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless takes the top requests and updates the status when appropriate.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless recommends ensuring your ideas are clearly stated so that others may understand and vote on it. Also, be sure to prioritize your own requests as that way we will know what requests are more important than others.

Why has my request not been reviewed?

If Ericsson Enterprise Wireless has not reviewed your item yet, and it is a high priority for you, be sure that it is at the top of your priority list, that it is clear and easy to understand, and that it clearly addresses the following:

  • Why do you need this?

  • What is stopping you from being able to do it?

  • What is the impact?

  • Additional details that help explain your situation.

My request has not been built in six or more months. What can I do?

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless strives to update the status of top requests to communicate whether it makes sense to build the requested feature. If your request has not been prioritized, it may be due to not being in demand or not being clearly understood. Use the prior list to help clarify your request.
