Complete the following steps to share feedback with Ericsson Enterprise Wireless:
Click on the Resource Center icon in the lower-left corner of NetCloud Manager.
Click Product Feedback.
Include the following details:
Why do you need this?
What is stopping you from being able to do it?
What is the impact?
Additional details that help to explain your situation.
Additional supporting documentation may be included by uploading files with your feedback.
Click after filling in the required fields and providing any additional supporting information.
Though you can leave a feedback request in the Resource Center panel, Ericsson Enterprise Wireless recommends using the Feedback portal to provide feedback. Click the Open in Portal icon (
) to open the request form on the Feedback portal.
