After submitting your feedback, the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Product team sets each new request to "Awaiting Feedback" status and allows for other customers and NetCloud users to vote and comment on the request. This allows the team to gauge demand, gather use cases, and automatically establish impact and value. As other users vote and comment on the request, notifications are sent so you may respond.
The Product team meets regularly to roadmap new features and review requests to ensure each one is evaluated and prioritized to meet the highest needs for our customers, team members, and prospects, as well as aligning with the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless overall product strategy.
Once it is decided to act upon a feedback request, the status changes to "Planned" or "Building" and the requestor is notified by email with an explanation about why the status changed. The feature/request is added to the What's Coming page on the Requests dashboard.

Contacting Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Support or Customer Success teams does not change feedback status. A Support or Customer Success team member can look up the request but is not able to provide any additional information or the time frame for your request to be reviewed or acted upon.
