1. Send an email to:

2. In the subject line, enter the following:
RMA - missing return shipping label
3. In the body of the email, enter the following information:
a. RMA number
b. Serial number or MAC address of the defective OR replacement device
b. Serial number or MAC address of the defective OR replacement device
- The RMA team will email a new return shipping label to the email address listed in the request
- All RMA cross-ships will include a pre-paid return label when shipped (except for Puerto Rico)
- Customers in Puerto Rico shall pay all shipping charges, duties, and taxes for products returned to Cradlepoint
