If you are unable to open the Cradlepoint feedback portal, or are prompted to login to the feedback portal, you may need to adjust your browser's Enhanced Tracking Protection setting.
Adjusting the enhanced tracking protection setting varies with the type of browser you are using. Use the following steps as an example of turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection with Firefox.-
Click the shield icon next to the address bar.
