Configuring NTP, SNTP, and Time Zone Settings

Complete the following steps to adjust time zone settings:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Devices in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select a router from the Routers page. Alternatively, to make configuration changes to a group, navigate to the Groups page and select a group.

  4. Select Configuration and then Edit.

  5. Navigate to SYSTEM > Administration > System Clock.

  6. From the Time Zone drop-down menu, select your time zone.

  7. Select Daylight Savings Time to automatically adjust your system time when daylight savings time (DST) is in effect for your time zone.

    Note

    This option is based on DST dates in the United States by default. The Daylight Savings Time settings (month, week, weekday, and time when DST changes) are configurable.

  8. (Optional) Select Configure Custom DST Rules to enable custom DST settings and how NetCloud responds to DST changes.

    1. Select Enable Custom Dst.

    2. In the Offset (in minutes) field, enter the amount of time added to local time at Summer Start Time and subtracted at Summer End Time

    3. Under Advance Time, configure data and time settings for the Summer.

    4. Under Fallback Time, configure the data and time settings for Fall.

  9. Select Save and then Commit Changes.
