  • User can't login to NCM
  • User is visible on the NCM Permissions tab but not on the Users tab of the ACCOUNT page
  • User is not receiving password reset e-mails
  • The root administrator has sent the user an Account Users request but they are unable to login or reset their password
  • The user is visible in the NetCloud Manager Permissions 
  • The user has not accepted the root administrator's initial NCM e-mail to login
  • The user was disabled by an administrator
  1. Login to NetCloud Manager.
  2. Click on ACCOUNT in the menu section.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. Locate the user to enable in the Users grid, and then click the user's Enabled field to toggle it on and enable the user.
