- User can't login to NCM
- User is visible on the NCM Permissions tab but not on the Users tab of the ACCOUNT page
- User is not receiving password reset e-mails
- The root administrator has sent the user an Account Users request but they are unable to login or reset their password
- The user is visible in the NetCloud Manager Permissions
- The user has not accepted the root administrator's initial NCM e-mail to login
- The user was disabled by an administrator
- Login to NetCloud Manager.
- Click on ACCOUNT in the menu section.
- Click the Users tab.
- Locate the user to enable in the Users grid, and then click the user's Enabled field to toggle it on and enable the user.
