  • Device administrators unable to see NCOS package on devices under same account
  • Users in an NCM subaccount can see that there's an app on a group, but not any details like the app name or version
  • Admins in a subaccount see only a blank line when viewing app details for a group in their subaccount, even though they can select and remove that blank line

If the app is uploaded at the group level, rather than the root account level, the app info will be visible to all who can view the group. Otherwise, if the app is apploaded at the root level and then added to a group within a subaccount, for all intents and purposes the app exists in a different account than the users within that subaccount, so those users don't have permissions to view it.
