The following describes the process for enabling Client Data Usage tracking using NetCloud Manager. Client Data Reporting is part of the available features for devices and groups in NetCloud Manager with proper service plan. Your available software features depend on your NetCloud Service Plan, offered in two tiers: Essentials and Essentials+Advanced.
NetCloud Manager's Client Data Reporting feature requires that an Advanced license be assigned to endpoints to use the feature. Endpoints without an Advanced license assigned to them are unable to use Client Data Reporting and do not generate usage data for the Client dashboard.
This feature requires NetCloud OS (NCOS) firmware version 6.0.0 or later to be installed on participating routers.
