The default interval used by NetCloud to send data to the Client Data Analytics feature is one hour. Use the following steps to change this data reporting interval:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Groups in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Select the group that contains the device you want to set the interval for data reporting.

  4. Click Settings.

  5. Under Usage Reporting, move the slider to the right to decrease the minimum reporting interval, or move the slider to the left to increase the minimum reporting interval.

    Note

    Data usage and signal strength reports will be sent on a minimum interval of every 5 minutes. Heavy data usage will cause data usage reports to be sent more frequently. Changes will not take effect immediately.
