Client data analytics provides views of data usage by the clients connected to your devices. Client data usage is initially tracked within routers. It is then sent to NetCloud Manager at specified intervals. With NetCloud Manager you can view client data usage statistics in the following ways:
Account-Wide Client Usage: The Account Dashboard (Data Usage) contains the Clients Connected by Day and Top Clients cards for a quick, visual overview of all your devices' client data usage. Each of the cards is clickable and opens the Client Usage page that displays more detailed data usage information for all the clients of your account's devices.
Device-Specific Client Usage: The Router dashboards (Data Usage > Clients > Client Usage) provide detailed client data usage information for individual devices.
Group-Specific Client Usage: The Group dashboards (Data Usage > Clients > Client Usage) provide detailed client data usage information for groups.
Note
There is a potential for some loss of data between the router and NetCloud Manager if, for example, the router reboots before sending a usage sample. The client data usage numbers in NetCloud Manager are strictly estimates and are dependent on information provided by the router; these may not match the data usage numbers provided by your service provider.
