Use the following checklist when troubleshooting modem connectivity issues:
Verify you are using the most recent version of NetCloud OS (NCOS). Check your NCOS version from the Devices page in NetCloud Manager. See Best Practices for Upgrading Cradlepoint Modem and NetCloud OS Software.
Ensure the SIM cards are inserted correctly. See the router's quick start guide for specific SIM-card installation instructions.
Make sure the router's antennas are securely connected. See the router's quick start guide.
Ensure the router is oriented so its antennas receive the best cellular signal. See Measurements of Signal Strength and Quality.
Use the Cellular Health page on the router dashboard in NetCloud Manager to monitor and troubleshoot the router's cellular connections. See Overview of the Cellular Health Page.
