There are two modes for achieving high availability with NetCloud Exchange Service Gateways: Cold Standby and Warm Standby. Choosing the right mode for a highly available service gateway deployment depends on redundancy requirements and the environment in which the service gateways are placed. This document explains each mode’s operation and requirements.
