Follow these steps to view a router's installation history in NetCloud Manager:
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Click Devices in the left-side navigation panel.
The list of available routers displays.
Click on the router's name.
The router's dashboard displays.
Click Install History.
The history of Verify-assisted installations for the router displays.
Click one of the entries in the Installation Start Date and Time column to see detailed installation history.
The Summary page of that particular installation displays, showing the installation date and time, the GPS coordinates of the router (if available), the total installation time, and when the time and date the installation was completed. The installer's name is included at the top of the page.
Click another tab to see further details:
Package Contents tab: This tab displays a list of all the items shipped in the router box. Items that were found and recorded in the Verify app show an Available status, while any that were not found are marked with a Missing status. Note that some items may be marked as missing due to the version of the router you ordered, such as Cellular Antennas (which may be missing when ordered for mobile installations but included for Branch versions).
Health Metrics tab: If a health test is run during a Verify-assisted installation, the results are displayed on this tab. The test results may include Ethernet tests, and separate results for each modem such as Speed Test metrics, Cellular Health metrics, Serving Cell tower and Failover data.
If there are no recorded health tests available, the message There are no Health Metrics available for this installation displays.
Photos tab: A Verify-assisted installation included multiple opportunities to capture photographs of the installation, both during the installation (Assembly Photos) and when the installation is complete (Placement Photos):
