• I updated a group configuration but the device configuration is pending. What does that typically mean?

When the router configuration status shows as pending, it means the device has not yet adopted configuration changes sent through NCM. It may take a few more moments for it either show synced (if it was able to apply the changes successfully), or up to 15 minutes for it to show suspended (if there was an issue). The "Pending" status can also show up for NCOS updates, where it means just that the update hasn't been applied yet, or it's been applied but the router hasn't checked back into NetCloud yet.
