If my Cradlepoint device is not managed in NCM, what should I see when I login for the first time?
You should see a window that states "This device is not registered in NetCloud Manager"- Provide your NetCloud Username, Password, and Click "Register Router"
- If you need to configure settings not provided by any of these windows, you may close this window via the "Start NetCloud OS" hyperlink at the bottom left of the screen to access local configuration pages.
- NOTE: The only local configuration change/s recommended by Cradlepoint would be the minimal amount of configuration required to bring the device online.
- If you do not wish to see this screen pop up in the future, click the "Don't show this window again" checkbox at the bottom-left of the screen.
