When a group is created with devices that contain eSIMs, the Modems > eSIMs tab becomes available on that group's dashboard. The eSIMs tab allows you to view the eSIMs available to a group, select which eSIMs to make active for a group and remove eSIMs from a group.
Deleting eSIM profiles
eSIM profiles must be in Standby state before they can be deleted. Active profiles can't be deleted. The last profile on the eSIM cannot be deleted
Login to NetCloud Manager.
Select Groups in the left-side navigation panel.
Select the group with the eSIM devices to open the group's dashboard.
Tip
The grids on the groups page and the group dashboard are filterable using the filter panel.
Select Modems > eSIMs.
eSIMs can be made active for the group by selecting them in the grid and then selecting the Set Active button.
eSIMs can be removed from the group by selecting them in the grid and then selecting the Delete button.
Active: The active profile for the group
Standby: A profile that is available but is not currently in use
Available: A profile not assigned to the group
Error: A profile that has an error associated with it
