Devices containing eSIMs can be managed from the device's dashboard. This includes specifying the active eSIMs for a device and removing eSIMs from a device.
Deleting eSIM profiles
eSIM profiles must be in Standby state before they can be deleted. Active profiles can't be deleted. The last profile on the eSIM cannot be deleted
Login into NetCloud Manager.
Select in the left-side navigation menu.
Select the router with the eSIM devices to open the router's dashboard.
Tip
The grids on the routers page and the router dashboard are filterable using the filter panel.
Select Home > eSIM on the router's dashboard.
eSIMs can be made active for the router by selecting them in the grid and then selecting the Set Active button.
eSIMs can be removed from the router by selecting them in the grid and then selecting the Delete button.
Active: The active profile on the end point
Standby: A profile that is assigned to the end point but is not currently in use
Available: A profile not assigned to an end point
Error: A profile that has an error associated with it
