When errors occur while activating eSIMS, details about the error are available by clicking the question mark icon in the Status Details column.
To retry an activation, click the ellipsis icon () and then select Retry Activation.
The following lists contain the possible values shown in the Status Details column for eSIM activations.
No modem found:
No matching profile found:
Multiple online modems found:
Router is offline: Bring the router online and retry the activation.
NCOS upgrade is active/pending: Wait until the upgrade completes and then retry the activation.
Modem upgrade is active/pending: Wait until the modem upgrade completes and then retry the activation.
Router doesn't meet minimum NCOS version or isn't a supported product: Upgrade the router's NetCloud OS version to 7.25.60 or newer and then retry the activation.
Error sending eSIM operation to router:
An unexpected exception occurred: Retry the activation.
Found multiple modems associated with the EID and all are offline:
Modem is unplugged from router: The modem is unplugged from the router and eSIM operations can't be performed on an unplugged modem. Plug the modem back in and retry the operation.
Activation did not complete after 600 seconds: Retry the activation.
Management update did not complete after 600 seconds:
Waiting to start eSIM profile operation
Running eSIM profile job
Waiting to start, another eSIM operation is running
eSIM profile operation completed successfully
