You can add users from your account and from other accounts to your primary account or subaccounts.

Use the following steps to add a user to an account:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Account in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Click the NetCloud Manager Permissions tab.

  4. Click an account from the list.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Click User. The Add Account Users to NCM panel displays on the right.

  7. Select one of the following options:

    • Select from Existing Users – Select a user that exists in the account from the grid in the dialog.

    • Select from Another NCM Account – Specify a user from another NetCloud Manager account by entering their username or collaborator ID.

  8. From the Role drop-down menu, select a role:

    • Read Only User (default role)

    • Administrator

    • Full Access User

    • Diagnostic User

    • Custom roles

      Note

      Any custom roles created for the account are listed.

  9. Click Add.
