You can add users from your account and from other accounts to your primary account or subaccounts.
Log into Ericsson NetCloud Manager.
Select in the left-side navigation panel.
Select the NetCloud Manager Permissions tab.
Select an account or subaccount from the list.

Select . The Add Account Users to NCM panel displays on the right.
Select one of the following options:
Select from Existing Users – Select a user that exists in the account from the grid.
Select from Another NCM Account – Enter the user's email address or collaborator ID.
From the Role drop-down menu, select a role:
Read Only User (default)
Administrator
Full Access User
Diagnostic User
Custom roles
Note
Any custom roles created for the account are listed.
