NetCloud users in accounts managed with a cloud identity provider (IdP) for the purpose of federated ID can collaborate into other federated or non-federated NetCloud accounts.
To accomplish this, users provide system or user administrators with their collaborator ID, which administrators can then use to add them as collaborators to their account.
Note
Non-federated NetCloud users can be added as a collaborator to an account using an email address or collaborator ID.
