NetCloud users in accounts managed with a cloud identity provider (IdP) for the purpose of SSO can collaborate into other SSO or non-SSO NetCloud accounts.
To accomplish this, users provide system or user administrators with their collaborator ID, which administrators can then use to add them as collaborators to their account.
Note
Non-SSO NetCloud users can be added as a collaborator to an account using an email address or collaborator ID.
Locating a Collaborator ID
The collaborator ID is located on the profile screen in NetCloud Manager.
Log into NetCloud Manager.
Click the Profile icon next to your account name to open the Profile panel.
Copy the Collaborator ID and provide to the system or user administrator for the NetCloud account.
