Users are enabled by default when added to an account. Use either of the following methods to change this setting:

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Select Account in the left-side navigation panel.

    The Users & Roles tab displays.

  3. Click Users.

  4. Use one of the following methods:

    • From the grid, toggle the switch in the Enabled column of the user.

    • Select a user from the grid, click the Enable/Disable drop-down menu, and then select Enable or Disable.
