Use the following procedure to prevent being locked out from accessing your account due to IdP outages. This approach ensures users can login to the account with their username and password and bypass their IdP service when necessary.
Create a new Organization. See Creating a New Organization for details.
Add the users to the Organization that need account access in the event of an IdP outage.
Add the same users from the newly created Organization as collaborators at the account's root-tenant level.
Assign appropriate NetCloud Manage Permissions to the collaborator users.
In the event of an IdP outage, login to the new organization with username/password and switch role to the root tenant level.
