The following table lists user types with their associated privileges. User type determines account access and the ability to manage user access for an account.
User Types | Privileges |

System administrator | A role that distinguishes a user as the primary point of contact for a NetCloud account. Similar to the user administrator role, a system administrator can also manage user access within an account and can modify account-level settings. System administrators also have the ability to initiate the process to migrate a NetCloud Account to federated ID. |
User administrator | A role that grants a user the ability to add, edit, and remove user access to a specific NetCloud account. User administrators can also modify account-level settings such as Force MFA, Enhanced Login Security, and Session Length. |
Collaborator | A role that grants a user the ability to collaborate into a different NetCloud account. A collaborator is first granted access to a specific NetCloud account and then given specific permissions that relate to the management of users, devices, and networks within the NetCloud account they are collaborating into. |
User | A role that grants a user access to a specific NetCloud account. |
