A role that distinguishes a user as the primary point of contact for a NetCloud account. Similar to the user administrator role, a system administrator can also manage user access within an account and can modify account-level settings. A role that grants a user the ability to add, edit, and remove user access to a specific NetCloud account. User administrators can also modify account-level settings such as Force MFA, Enhanced Login Security, and Session Length.

Collaborator

A role that grants a user the ability to collaborate into a different NetCloud account. A collaborator is first granted access to a specific NetCloud account and then given specific permissions that relate to the management of users, devices, and networks within the NetCloud account they are collaborating into.
